Aura Medical Solutions Inc. ("AuraMed", "we") runs auramedical.ca. This policy explains what we collect through this site, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect your first name, email address, role, work setting and province or territory. We don't collect health information, and we don't ask for your employer.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details to send early-access and launch news about SilverCore, to invite some members to wear-test prototypes, and to understand which roles and settings are most interested so we can design for them. We only email you if you've agreed to it, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell or rent your information.

Who handles it for us

Our email list is managed by Kit (kit.com), and this site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed outside Canada and be subject to the laws of those places. We only share what these providers need to run the service for us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe, we may keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't contact you again by mistake.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@auramedical.ca. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
